Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; acute care experience required; bedside swallow evaluations and treatments required 2. Cases: Video fluoroscopy swallow evaluation experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, CCC-SLP required; MN license in-hand required 4. License: MN State License required in-hand; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5 8-hour shifts, 8:00-16:30; every 5th weekend required (Saturday and Sunday); on-call TBD on unit requirements 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; no RTO within first 2 weeks; all RTO due at submission; finalized RTO must be included with submission, no RTO within first week of start date, no more than 10 days per assignment; holiday work required as needed 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 9 months before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; candidate cannot live within 25 miles of facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
