- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; specialty experience within the last year required; home health experience required 2. Cases: Home Health Care required; OASIS required 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS must be through American Heart Association (AHA); allied positions require certifications and licenses attached at submittal 4. License: VA License required in hand at submittal or proof of compact license 5. Education: NIH and stroke education required for RNs at all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health 6. EMR: Oasis charting experience required; EPIC experience required for all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health (Riverside Regional Medical Center, Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, Riverside Walter Reed Hospital, and Riverside Doctors Hospital of Williamsburg) 7. Shifts/Call: Floating may be requested based on facility needs 8. RTO: Keep RTO to a minimum; no requests for a full calendar week off during assignment; no more than 7 days total; all RTO must be included in initial submission and confirmation document; no additional RTO requests approved after offer is given 9.
