- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Autism spectrum, speech delay, sensory disorders, food aversion, TBI, AAC devices, modified barium swallow studies, CVA, Parkinson's, Bell's Palsy, DiGeorge's Syndrome, swallowing dysfunctions; settings include outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults, and acute care/hospital cross-training 3. Certifications: BLS for Healthcare Providers required; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required 4. License: Licensed with the State of Oklahoma required 5. Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling; no call or weekend coverage specified 8.
