Cases: Crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics; mental health illness and substance use disorder evaluations; level of care recommendations as a consultant directed by ED attending provider or APP 3. Certifications/Registrations: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required; full licensure required — associate license will not suffice 4. License: WA LICSW required; full licensure only — associate license will not suffice 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour shifts; Days 0700-1930 or Eves 1600-0200; every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday); no on-call required; block schedule; if overstaffed, may float to Holy Family Hospital performing the same duties 8.
