Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local-LMSW (Licensed Masters of Social Worker
Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience
- BCLS
- Oasis experience required

- First timers accepted
- Traveler must have own transportation
- Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster required
- Pending license accepted (must have both OR and WA)

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience required; system lists 2 years 2. Cases: Home Health; may visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard; patient population includes Adults and Geriatrics 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS required; LCSW listed; must be in hand at submission 4.
