Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Teaching hospital experience required; case management experience required; previous charge experience preferred 2. Cases: Clinical case management responsibilities including information and referral, clinical assessment, safety planning, and acute crisis response 3. Certifications: LCSW required; LCSW-C preferred; MSW required 4. License: CA license in hand required for all RN positions 5. Education: BSN required for all RN positions 6. EMR: Epic charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8 hour days; patient ratios days: 5 8. RTO: All RTO disclosed at submittal; needs manager approval at offer; no additional requests mid-contract; cannot be within first two weeks of start 9. Returning Staff: Must include employment history with any University of California medical facility; must provide dates worked, units worked, manager names for rehire eligibility check 10.
