Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40 hrs/week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- 1 or more years’ experience working with comparable patient population required
- Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field required
- BLS
- LPC/LCSW/LADC
Other Details:
- Documentation Type: Knowledge on how to complete documentation of medical necessity and ability to complete documentation in a timely manner according to hospital policy
- Caseload: 10-15
- Dress Code: Sage Scrubs or Business Casual
