- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required and MUST have NICU experience; Level IV NICU trained RT willing to do Adult floor, ICU and Level IV NICU 2. Cases: Heart, lung, kidney, liver transplants; Cranis, oto patients, CABGs, TAVRs, ECMO patients, lung wedge resections; Level 4 NICU patients (22 weeks) 3. Certifications: RRT, BLS required; ACLS, NRP, PALS, preferred; must have 2 out of 3: NAVA, High frequency oscillator, or High frequency Jet experience for NICU Float 4. License: Washington State Respiratory license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days; weekend coverage as needed by unit; floating within hospital required; no on-call required 8. RTO: 1 week max; minimal RTO, cannot accommodate during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; Allied: 2-3 hours; additional 6 hours for WA suicide prevention if working with MSL 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color; scrubs provided for OR personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Required vents: Servo U, Hamilton C-1, NLTV vent, or Jet Ventilator; Preferred: Draeger Critical: Must be comfortable with Level IV NICU acuity. 2 supervisory references required at submittal. Compliance deadline 3 business days prior to start.
