- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; NICU experience required (manager waiving PICU experience requirement); first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care, ED, PICU, Peds required; Pulmonary Function Test Lab preferred; must be able to independently intubate a neonate (not just assist) 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT required; all must be in hand; screen if no NICU experience; call out if no NRP 4. License: WA license required to apply 5. Education: Not specified 6.
