- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; NICU or Critical Care experience preferred 2. Cases: Required: Airway Management, Medication Administration, ABGs, O2 Therapy, Suction, Pulmonary Toileting, Nebulizer, BiPAP, CPAP, Arterial Punctures; Preferred: Vent Management, Bronchoscopes, Pulmonary Function Testing, EKGs, Spirometry Test; Pediatrics and Adolescents preferred 3. Certifications: RRT required; BLS from AHA required upon hire; ACLS, NRP, PALS noted (asterisked); Oregon State License required 4. License: Oregon RCP License required; must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner as recognized by the NBRC 5. Education: High school diploma or equivalency mandatory; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred (minimum two years of college education preferred) 6. EMR: Charting system not specified 7.
