- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Pediatric and/or neonatal ICU experience required; will work in NICU, PICU, and CICU; Respiratory ICU experience needed 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, RRT required; ACLS and NRP noted; must be national certifications; CRT also listed 4. License: Nebraska (NE) license required; must apply within first 48 hours of signing 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; weekends required; float within scope to meet facility needs; no floating to sister facilities 8. RTO: 5 days or less preferred; 6-10 days must be added to the end of the contract; pre-approved time off noted as two 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11.
