Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Will accept CRTs (with LA license) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, RRT required; must have LA License 4. License: LA License must be in hand at submission; valid LA License or Compact License required; cannot accept pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred/required 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend requirement every other weekend; no call required; no float required; holiday requirement yes 8. RTO: Strict 5 day max RTO 9. Returning Staff: Perm staff must leave health system for 1 year before eligible to travel 10. Travel/Local: Travelers can only submit to 1 campus at a time 11. Background: Any license hits must be disclosed at submission with personal statement 12. Modules: Non-billable; RN 5-8 hours, Allied 2-4 hours; completed pre-start; recorded by facility education department 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Gray scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Nitric Oxide therapy, ECMO, bedside bronchoscopies; Ventilators (Puritain Bennett 840 and 980); Bipap (Phillips V60); Transport vents (Pneutron, Newport, Parapac) Critical: Hard deadline Wednesday prior to Monday start date. Two recent manager references required. COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). 40 orientation hours. Patient ages: adolescents, adults, geriatrics.
