Requirements
- Required certification: RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5+ years required; PICU/NICU experience highly preferred 2. Cases: Blood gas, vent/BiPAP/High flow initiation and management, code response, in-house transport, medication administration, Chest PT; patient mix includes adult and pediatric 3. Certifications: BLS and NBRC required; ACLS, PALS, NRP highly preferred but can be obtained onsite; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: NJ RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s; every other weekend (Friday/Saturday); will float between PICU, ED, and adult critical care with possible additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs 8.
