- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5+ years required for submission; PICU/NICU experience is required 2. Cases: Neonatal Critical Care and Pediatrics; blood gas, vent/BiPAP/High flow initiation and management, Code response, in-house transport, medication administration, Chest PT 3. Certifications: BLS and NBRC required; Advanced certs (ACLS/PALS/NRP) required but can be obtained onsite; all certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: NJ License required; Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience; 4 hours of EPIC training 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s; Every other weekend (Fri/Sat) 8. RTO: All time off MUST be sent with submittal and approved before offer; RTO requested after offer will NOT be accommodated; Must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays; Requests with less than 7 days RTO and no holiday time off prioritized 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone from system minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; First-time travelers accepted 11.
