- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum as staff therapist required; Trauma Level I and Trauma Level II experience required; pediatric and adult experience preferred 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care, ARDS, Bronchoscopy, Cystic Fibrosis, COVID, Mechanical Ventilation, Tracheostomy care, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), BiPAP, CPAP, Nitric Oxide, Inhaled Flolan, Emergency Department, and additional respiratory procedures as listed 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA ONLY); NBRC - RRT required; CRT accepted; copies required at submission 4. License: WI RCP required; pending license at time of submittal is accepted 5. Education: Graduate of a COARC (Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) accredited School for Respiratory Therapy required 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours/week; Day/Evening shifts; 8 and 12-hour shifts; shift times 07-1930, 07-1530, 1500-2330; every other weekend rotation; 1 on-call shift per 6-week scheduling period; requires 1 winter holiday of 2 block shifts; block scheduling not guaranteed — shifts scheduled based on highest needs; travelers must trade within pay period without violating 64-hour rolling 7-day policy 8.
