- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum as staff therapist required 2. Cases: Pediatric and adult experience preferred; Trauma Level I and Level II experience required; Adult Critical Care and extensive respiratory procedures including mechanical ventilation, BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC, Nitric Oxide, Bronchoscopy, and tracheostomy care/management 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA ONLY); NBRC RRT required; CRT accepted; copies should be in hand at submission 4. License: WI RCP required; pending license at time of submittal is accepted 5. Education: COARC accredited School for Respiratory Therapy required 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 hours/week; Evening/Night shifts; 8 or 12-hour shifts; shift times 1900-0730, 2300-0730, 1500-2330; every other weekend rotation; 1 on-call shift per 6-week scheduling period; some holidays required; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed — shifts scheduled based on highest needs; travelers must trade shifts with staff within the pay period without violating the 64-hour rolling 7-day policy 8.
