- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Peds and Adult critical care experience required; PICU or ED experience required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Airway Management, Vent Management, BiPAP, CPAP, O2 Therapy, Suction, Pulmonary Toileting, Nebulizer, Medication Administration; ER and Adult ICU work setting experience required 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS by AHA, ACLS, CRTT/CRT, RRT; AHA preferred; certifications may not pend beyond contract start date 4. License: State (MI) license required and must be active by start date; compact license not accepted in MI; pending license not accepted; pending license ETA must be included in submission email if applicable 5. Education: Proof of high school level education required for all allied candidates, regardless of secondary education — strict requirement 6. EMR: Epic experience required; training completed during orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12-hour nights; every third weekend required; on-call not required; no floating within scope 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of profile/submission; 5-day maximum RTO policy per contract; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Core staff who leave must wait 12 months before returning and must be run through HR prior to submission 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; no local radius rule 11.
