- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Acute care experience with Med Surg, ER, and ICU required; Level 3 NICU skills required to work proficiently in the unit 2. Cases: ICU/CCU, NICU, and Emergency Care as an RT; experience managing Bipaps, ventilators, and Heated High Flow units; assisting with intubations and bedside bronchs 3. Certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; proficient EMR charting required 7. Shifts/Call: 6am-6:30pm, 36-hour week schedules; every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday); no call requirements 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
