- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; PICU/PEDS/ADULTS ICU experience required; NICU experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: PICU, PEDS, Adults ICU required; adult floor therapy included; NICU preferred; willing to work with transport at times 3. Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), NRP (AHA), RRT (NBRC) required; copies should be included with submission 4. License: Michigan RT License required; valid Michigan license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No call requirement; every other weekend required; must be available full orientation week; travelers are first to float; assignments based on RVU system averaging 38 RVUs per LRT 8. RTO: RTO noted; up to 4 jobs can be submitted in system 9. Returning Staff: 6-month return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate with no radius restrictions 11.
