Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4 years required 2. Cases: Respiratory experience required: airway management, medication administration, ABGs, O2 therapy, suction, pulmonary toileting, BiPAP, CPAP and nebulizers 3. Certifications: BLS, CRTT, ACLS (90-day window from start date to obtain); RRT preferred; must be AHA certified 4. License: VA License required (or proof of application with another state license - cannot be national) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s 19:00-07:30; mandatory on call - 3 shifts per 6 weeks; every other weekend and every other holiday required 8. RTO: At manager's discretion; will need to add week at end of assignment if requesting more than 7 days RTO 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year before returning as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Nursys only 12. Modules: 8 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start via WorkRamp within 1 week of signing 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Wine color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Preferred vents: Servo U, Servo Air Critical: RRT must float to ER and Adult ICU Stepdown units. Charge experience preferred but charge responsibility required. Travel pairs NOT allowed on SICU unit. Must complete copies of all required certs and current Nursys report at submission.
