Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: COPD, Asthma, Cancer; Med/Surg floors and PCU; Large Academic Medical Center 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; CRT preferred; RRT preferred; HS diploma and College diploma/transcripts required at submission 4. License: Ohio State License required; RNs must have valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission; Ohio fingerprinting must be completed as soon as contract is signed 5. Education: High School Diploma and College Diploma and/or transcripts required; must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12-Hour Night Shifts; weekends required; floating to East Hospital and between campuses may be required 8. RTO: RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible at any Ohio State University hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Ohio fingerprinting required immediately upon contract signing; strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start with no exceptions; candidates outside Ohio but within driving distance must drive to an Ohio fingerprinting location as soon as possible after booking 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required — Medical Exemptions Only; COVID-19 vaccine not required 16.
