- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Trauma experience required; Pulmonary function testing (Spirometry testing) preferred; Level 2 trauma center, interventional stroke certified, Level 3 NICU; patient population ranges from infants to geriatrics (primarily adult RRT, will work with pediatric intubated patients) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, RRT required; NRP noted with asterisk; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per standard compliance) 4. License: GA RRT License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; also uses Pyxis, SBAR 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; floating within facility and to sister campus (Piedmont Columbus Northside); no call required; holidays worked based on how many fall within assignment period (up to 2 of 3 major holidays) 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; Night shift blackout — June total blackout, July 5th-31st, August 1st-2nd; Day shift blackout — June total blackout, July 15th-31st, August 1st-9th; no pre-approved time off 9.
