- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; Adult ICU and general care experience required 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care; broad respiratory therapy skills including BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC, mechanical ventilation weaning, tracheostomy care, nitric oxide, ECMO (asterisked), bronchoscopy, and more 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT required 4. License: Will accept pending license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating shifts; every other weekend required; 50% of holidays required; floating is required 8. RTO: Pre-approved time off listed as two; 50% of holidays must be worked 9.
