- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (VMS job requirements section notes 3 years); Pediatric, Neonate, and Infant experience required 2. Cases: NICU Level 4, Pediatric Cardiac; skills include Bronchoscopy, Extubation, NICU, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics 3. Certifications: RRT certification, BLS, PALS, NRP required; accepted certifications are NBRC and SC RCP (South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider) 4. License: SC RCP (South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider) license must be in hand at time of start; pending state license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights, 7P-7:30A; holiday rotation; every other weekend required; on-call not required; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; floating within scope depends on experience; no floating to sister facilities 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; approval based on manager/unit needs; one pre-approved RTO noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
