- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission; Outpatient RRT and Pediatrics experience required; NICU experience is NOT required 2. Cases: Spirometry, plethysmography, diffusing capacity (DLCO), simple pulmonary stress test (6-minute walk), exhaled nitric oxide testing, metabolic testing, impulse oscillometry (IOS) airway resistance, aerosolized pentamidine therapy, methacholine challenge, and nitrogen washout 3. Certifications: BLS, RPFT, RRT required; CRTs are NOT accepted — RRT only 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Must be able to pass Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher 6.
