Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 2 years of recent Level 3 or 4 NICU or PICU experience — HARD STOP 2. Cases: Level 3 NICU, PICU, Adult ICU; Level II Trauma (adults and pediatrics); open heart surgery on adults; all RT therapies including NIV, high flow, nebulizers, CPT, nitric oxide, Flolan nebulizer 3. Certifications: BLS and CRT required; ACLS, NRP, PALS, RRT preferred; charting system experience required 4. License: Pending license accepted, but must have license in hand for Auto Offer 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; weekends required; float required — will cover NICU, PICU, and Adult; on-call not required; block schedule not accommodated; orientation is 36 hours 8. RTO: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
