Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:Profiles are sent directly to the unit for consideration Copy of the DL is needed at time of submittal to validate legal name - Pulse must reflect the name on a gov't issued ID, no middle initial or middle name Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. Required certs/licensure: BLS, ARRT (R), CA Fluoro permit & CA rad license required Agency will provide a Rad badge for assignment Will perform X-ray on all floors, department, and Surgery Equipment: GE, gen rad, R&F, Carestream portables, OEC C Arms, O Arm. Experience preferred No required floating to assist other modalities Hours: 10s w/ varied start times 0630, 0700 or 0730 Required Call: 3 days of call a month 1800-0700 weeknights and 24/7 on weekends. Response time is 30 minutes for call. Clinician will receive at least 30 days notice of call schedule. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:10s; Varied start between 0630-0730 Required Certifications:ARRT (R), BLS Certification, Fluoro
