Cases: Upper extremity (AC joints, Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Humerus, Scapula, Shoulder, Thumb/finger, Trauma shoulder or Humerus, Trauma upper extremity, Wrist); Lower extremity (Ankle, Calcaneus, Femur, Foot, Knee, Patella, Tibia-fibula, Toes, Trauma lower extremity); Head/Chest (Chest AP, Upper Airway, Facial bones, Paranasal sinuses, Skull); Spine/Pelvis (Cervical/Lumbar/Thoracic spine, Hip, Pelvis, Sacrum/Coccyx); Adult and Pediatric Outpatient settings 3. Certifications: BLS required; COVID-19 Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) 4. License: Virginia state license required; any active state license in hand is accepted; Virginia will grant emergency authorization while permanent VA license is processing; active license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic and Siemens experience required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm; no on-call requirement; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: All RTO requests must be submitted up front with the submittal; travelers must work at least 1 holiday per 13-week assignment; during winter, 2 holidays required (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, NYE/New Year's) 9.
