Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; EP Tech experience highly preferred 2. Cases: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab procedures including Cardiac Ablation, Pacemaker Insertion, Permanent Pacemaker Insertion, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Watchman, Laser-assisted procedures, Conduction Studies, Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Vascular Closure Systems 3. Certifications: ARRT Radiology Tech Certification (HARDSTOP), ACLS, BLS required; must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: OBMI License required (HARDSTOP); OR License required, can submit with pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call, no weekends, no block schedules; 1:1 ratio; scheduling type listed as Other 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything beyond 6 days may delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO must be requested upfront at submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose any prior Providence facility work (location and dates) at submission 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate; must have a vehicle for this assignment; candidates may float within hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 16 hours; anything over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed during orientation and annually; recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Special Equipment: Operating Fluoro and C-ARM is a hardstop requirement Critical: ARRT Radiology Tech Certification and OBMI License are both HARDSTOP requirements. Must operate Fluoro and C-ARM. Two references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, submitted during compliance prior to start. Only 1 submission allowed across all Providence IRC facilities/regions.
