Cases: Electrophysiology (EP) Lab procedures including Cardiac Ablation, Conduction Studies, Arrhythmia Induction, Pacemaker Insertion, Permanent Pacemaker Insertion, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Watchman, Laser-assisted procedures, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose) 3. Certifications: ACLS, ARRT Radiology Tech Certification (Hardstop), BLS required; OBMI License required (Hardstop); can submit with OR license pending 4. License: ARRT Radiology Tech Certification and OBMI License are hardstop requirements; OR license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No call required; no weekends; ratios 1:1; candidate must have a vehicle for this assignment 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; anything beyond 6 days may delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO must be requested upfront at submittal; post-submittal RTO may not be considered; pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose any prior Providence facility work (location and dates) at submission 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower bill rate; travelers may be expected to float to sister/affiliate facilities nearby; refusal to float may result in termination 11. Background: Any hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed during orientation and annually; self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color for general areas; OR/Cath Lab scrubs provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Fluoroscopy and C-ARM operation are hardstop requirements; Philips system experience listed Critical: Candidate MUST be able to perform Fluoroscopy and C-ARM (Hardstop). ARRT Radiology Tech Certification and OBMI License are Hardstop requirements. Must submit 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years. Only 1 submission allowed across all Providence IRC facilities/regions. All RTO must be declared upfront. Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
