Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1+ years required 2. Cases: General X-Ray, OR/Surgery C-Arm experience required; Fluoroscopy experience preferred; light procedural load, no IR; surgical c-arm cases primary, no neuro; all ages, wide breadth of exams 3. Certifications: ARRT, BLS required; all certifications must be obtained prior to start 4. License: OBMI State License required; National Registry in good standing; state license in good standing 5. Education: National Registry in good standing 6. EMR: Meditech EMR, McKesson/Change Healthcare PACS 7. Shifts/Call: M/T/W, 10:30am-11:00pm; 36 weekly guaranteed hours; weekend rotation 1 in 4 (Saturday/Sunday); on-call shifts available for c-arm coverage 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius or greater required for Travel rate; local rate $48 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
