- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Cardiac experience required; Cath Lab/IR in-procedural experience required; scrub experience required 2. Cases: Cath Lab/IR procedures, interventional radiology, fluoroscopy procedures, cardiac cases 3. Certifications: CPR certification required; ARRT registration required; must be AHA or equivalent (CPR); radiological technology training from AMA-approved school required 4. License: Must be licensed in the State of Ohio 5. Education: Satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training from an AMA-approved school 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Four 10-hour shifts, 0700-1730; call every fourth weekend; one day of call per week; holiday rotation (holidays are on-call rotation); on-call responsibilities required 8.
