- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; vascular experience required; Community Hospital experience required; Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred 2. Cases: Stroke intervention, neurointerventions, PE thrombectomy and thrombolysis, DVT interventions, pain management procedures, oncology procedures including Y-90, MAAs, chemoembolizations; required case experience includes ablations, angiograms, nephogram, kyphoplasty, peripherals, stroke thrombectomy; biopsies and venous access preferred 3. Certifications: BLS required, ARRT R required, ARRT VI required, ARRT Advanced Cert preferred; all must be in hand at submission 4. License: FL license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required; Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 07:30-18:00; on-call required 8-10 call days/month; one Saturday work per month; 30-minute response time to arrive at hospital; on-call sleep rooms available; weekend coverage required with minimum 2 weekends working per month; call includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8. RTO: No RTO during contract; only one pre-approved time off; guaranteed hours apply after first call-off per pay period 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
