- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required per position header; 2 years listed in job requirements section 2. Cases: Interventional Radiology procedures including UFE, TACE, Y-90, Abdominal Embolization, TIPS, Venography, Portacath Placement, Apira Cath Placement, Epidural Injections, Lumbar Puncture, Myelograms, Joint Injections, Abscess Drain, Tube Changes, Perc Neph Tube Placement, Kyphoplasty, Para, Thora, Cryoablations, Bone Marrow Bx 3. Certifications: ARRT, BLS, and SCRQSA required 4. License: Pending state license accepted; must be obtained prior to starting 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, 0800-1630; on-call required 1-2 nights per week and every 5th Friday and Saturday; weekend shifts required 8. RTO: All RTO must be included on initial submission; RTO requested after the fact will not be considered. Attendance policy: more than two missed shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract cancellation 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
