- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: REQUIRED - Y-90 Chemo delivery, GI Bleeds, TPA, Vein sampling, Phase 2 Recovery, Cryoablations; Patient Diagnoses include Biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, Peripheral Vascular, Pulmonary, CT, Endovascular Lab, Stent Placement; 50/50% Inpatient/Outpatient. Please screen if clinician does not hold all requirements. 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT R required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: WA License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Pyxis medication system; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days, 0700-1730; Call required - 2 full weekends in a 6-week period and 9 weeknights; floating required to First Hill Campus for regular shifts and call coverage 8.
