- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year preferred; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: REQUIRED — Y-90 (Chemo delivery), GI Bleeds, TPA, Vein Sampling, Phase 2 Recovery; screen if clinician does not hold all requirements. Additional diagnoses include Biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, Peripheral Vascular, Pulmonary, CT, Endovascular Lab, Stent Placement 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required; charting system experience required (any system accepted); Medication System: Pyxis 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days, 0700-1730; call required once a week overnight, every 5th or 6th weekend 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: All previous permanent employees of ANY Providence-affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position 10.
