- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 4 years Cath Lab experience MUST HAVE; first time travelers OK if >4 years experience 2. Cases: Diagnostic catheterizations, cardiac stent placement, interventional cardiac cath lab, TAVR/Watchman and MitraClip procedures, stents, ablations, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, nephogram, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages 3. Certifications: BLS required, CRT required (prior to start), Fluoro Permit MUST HAVE; preferred: ACLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, NMTCB 4. License: License in hand required with submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required; EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 8 to 10 call shifts per six week period, weekend call required; float required 8. RTO: All RTO must be on initial submittal; limit to no more than 3-4 days; RTO required with submittal 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Not specified 11.
