Cases: Outpatient infusion; chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration required; peripheral IV skills, central line care, med administration, blood transfusions required 3. Certifications: Active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification is required; ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card preferred 4. License: Active RN License to practice in the state of Maine required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7.
