Requirements

- Unit Notes:OSF ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates) - OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels Department: Vascular Surgery | RTR - # Suites: 1 - Average # of cases per day: 3 - Required Certifications: ARRT (Cannot take RCIS); BLS - Common Cases: Endovascular (IR) and Vascular - Experience or 'Must have' skills: At least 2 years of experience with Vascular/Endovascular; Prefers IR experience but not required. Must have experience with GE - Scrubbing required - Yes; Scrub, pass supplied, set up and take down of procedure room - Is there a Charge Nurse &/or House Supervisor on each shift?: Yes - OR techs?: Yes - EMR: EPIC - Shifts & Scheduling: TBD Will be discussed in interview (post at 36GH) - Weeknight call: 1-2 nights during the week. - Weekend/Call Requirements: Sat/Sun Call 7a Sat to 7a Monday; every 3rd weekend - Holiday/Call Requirements: Holiday call rotation - What is call response time?: 30 minutes. - Floating Requirements: Yes, would float within like units, help with Surg Tech as well - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Hospital provided scrubs. - Unit/Department specific orientation: Will scrub with a hospital surgical tech for a week. Cancellation Policy:Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:No Trauma Level:1 Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:4 x 9's; Can discuss other schedule in interview w/ leader Required Certifications:ARRT, BLS (AHA)
