Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a
Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10×1, 10hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Requirement: Refer to On Call Requirement
On Call Requirement: Yes; Call every 3rd weekend
Requirements:

SCHEDULING AND COMMITMENT

• Shift: 7a – 5:30p
• Scheduling & Commitment: Clinicians must be fully committed to working a minimum of (4) shifts per month and may pick up no more than (2) shifts per week.
•Must be dedicated to getting into the lab and completing compliance asap
• Cancellation Policy: Three (3) last-minute shift cancellations, defined as cancellations within 24–48 hours of the scheduled shift, will lead to facility review and may result in a final warning
REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

• License Requirements: NJ Radiologic Technologist License
• Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R)
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Clinicians may work at only one RWJBH site and must be submitted exclusively to the site where they are fully committed to work; once submitted and approved, a site-specific requisition ID will be assigned, and location changes will not be permitted thereafter.
• (2) clinical leadership references from assignments within the last year, and at least one must be from a manager, director, supervisor, or lead. Charge nurse will not be accepted
• Submission review turnaround time could take 1-2 weeks
SEPARATION RULES

• Prior RWJBH staff must be separated for a minimum of one (1) year.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLINICAL SKILLS
==================================
• Years of Experience Required: 2 years
• Settings: Interventional Radiology; Pediatric IR; Hybrid OR; Special Procedures
• Cardiac: Diagnostic catheterizations (adult/pediatric/neonatal); hemodynamic monitoring; cardiac stent placement; Impella insertion; scrub procedures
• Angio/Endovascular: Visceral/vascular angiography (adrenal, mesenteric, pelvic, renal, pulmonary, selective visceral, aortography, inferior/superior vena cavagram, percutaneous hepatic angiography); angioplasty; stent/endograft placement; radioembolization and chemoembolization; thrombolysis/thrombectomy; IVC filter placement/removal; venous/central access (ports, PICC, and line care/maintenance)
• IR Procedures: Liver radiofrequency ablation (RFA); liver biopsy; paracentesis; thoracentesis; chest tube/gastrostomy tube placement; esophageal stent placement; cholecystostomy; catheter/drain exchange; cystoscopy; ERCP
• Procedural/Equipment: Fluoroscopy; 3D imaging; equipment setup; prep access site; scrub—maintain sterile field; PACS; maintain equipment and inventory; stock supplies; isolation precautions/PPE; use of Rapid Response/Code teams
