- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of clinical interventional imaging experience required; must be within the last 3 years in the specialty being submitted to 2. Cases: Interventional radiology procedures required; includes angiography, embolization, TIPS, EVAR, TEVAR, thrombolysis/thrombectomy, nephrostomy, biliary drainage, PICC lines, IVC filter removal, and more; Trauma Level II required; Trauma Level I preferred; VI experience preferred but not a deal breaker 3. Certifications: ARRT (R) required; ARRT VI preferred; BLS required - AHA only; copies should be current and in hand 4. License: State of Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer required 5. Education: Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; PACS experience listed; GE and Siemens equipment experience preferred but not a deal breaker 7. Shifts/Call: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday; start times between 0730-0830, end times between 4pm-5pm; no weekends, no call, no holidays, no floating; traveler will cover multiple locations as needed (East Madison Hospital and University Hospital, 11 miles apart) 8. RTO: No holidays approved; no pre-approved time off listed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius from facility; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Pre-start Modules: Pass/Fail telemetry exam required prior to start; two attempts allowed; adult exam requires 100% identification of lethal rhythms and 80% passing score; pediatric exam requires 80% passing score; if traveler fails second attempt, a cardiac interpretation review course certificate must be submitted before a third attempt; three failed attempts results in assignment cancellation; orientation is 40 hours 13.
