- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of IR Tech experience required 2. Cases: Angiograms, Venograms, PICC, Port-a-cath, Vertebroplasty, GI bleed, Embolization, Biliary tube exchange, Nephrostomy, IVUS, Fistulagram, Trans jugular biopsy, IVC filter removal, Thrombectomy for neuro cases 3. Certifications: ARRT, BLS required; KY License (KBMIRT) can be pending at submittal 4. License: Kentucky license (KBMIRT) required; can be pending upon submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s; shift times 07:00-17:30, 08:00-18:30, or 07:30-18:00 (determined upon offer); Edgewood call: one call day/week every other week, plus 3 additional call days per 60-day period (two weekdays, one weekend day); weekend call every 7-8 weeks, Friday 5:00pm-Monday 7:00am; Florence/Ft. Thomas call schedule determined upon offer 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off slots 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at $7 less than posted BR; float potential between Florence, Edgewood, and Fort Thomas as needed 11. Background: Not specified 12.
