- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2-3 years of job-related experience required; needs 2-3 years' experience in IR and must have neurointerventional experience 2. Cases: Inclusive of all body and neuro diagnosis; excludes any cardiac diagnosis/interventions 3. Certifications: CPR certification required; ACLS preferred; ARRT RT (R) registry required; Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI) registry preferred; BLS mentioned 4. License: ODH licensure required prior to start but can obtain during compliance; any state RN license ok, can apply for temp license on offer (takes 5-10 days), compact license now accepted 5. Education: Associate degree required; Allied Health degree type; Radiologic Technology area of study 6. EMR: Epic charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x 10 days plus weekly call (2 weekends of call and 6 weekday call shifts over 13-week period) 8. RTO: No more than 14 days allowed; all requests must be on front page of application at submittal; no RTO negotiated after offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Radiology 30-mile radius; locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Facility does not accept any past license action 12. Modules: Up to 24 hours billable; 18-24 average hours during orientation plus up to 8 hours annually; self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
