- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required 2. Cases: Interventional Radiology procedures required; includes vascular access, IVC filter placement/removal, embolization, TIPS, UFE, fistula gram, PCN, PTC, drains, venous reconstruction, and circulating for procedures; No Cath/EP, Neuro, or Hybrid OR cases 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: Active Ohio RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 2 shifts of call during contract; every other or every third weekend coverage as needed; normal business hours 7a-6p Monday-Friday; floating may be required 8.
