- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; Interventional Radiology experience required 2. Cases: Vascular access, IVC filter placement/removal, embolization, TIPS, UFE, fistula gram, PCN, PTC, drains, venous reconstruction, circulating for procedures; No Cath/EP, Neuro, or Hybrid OR 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required 4. License: Active Ohio RN License required; valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 2 shifts of call during contract; every other or every third weekend coverage as needed; normal business hours 7a-6p Monday-Friday; floating may be required (PRN) 8. RTO: RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Ohio fingerprinting required immediately upon contract signing; strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start, no exceptions; candidates outside Ohio but within driving distance must drive to an Ohio fingerprinting location as soon as possible after booking; extreme-distance travelers will be mailed a fingerprinting packet to be completed urgently 12. Modules: Orientation is 30 hours 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required — Medical Exemptions Only 16.
