- Unit Notes:- Hiring Process: Profile Review: Profile Review with MedSol Clinical, Interview with Unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote *Agency MUST provide traveler Rad Badge* Radiology - IR - SFH General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) ACLS, NIHSS, BLS Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements ARRT (R) How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 2 Will they have to float/cover any other areas? Yes, cath Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties Ports, CVC, embolizations, thrombectomies, Y-90 treatments Experience or 'Must have' skills Cath Lab experience is highly preferred but not a deal breaker Average # of scans/studies per day 2-8 EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use PACS Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens) Phillips Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech We have lead tech, would report to Nurse Manager for department Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No Radiologist in-house? Yes Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department) No Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 4- 10 hour shifts.
