- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Vascular IR/imaging support in the OR; includes Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Endovascular Interventions, EVAR, Hybrid OR, Interventional Radiology, TEVAR, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Ultrasound, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), prep access site 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT (Vascular Interventional) required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: VA license required; can submit with license pending if eligible for temp license (must hold licensure in another state); ETA for VA license is approximately 8 weeks 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days, 0730-1600; rotating call every 4th week 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
