- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: Interventional Radiology and Special Procedures required; Neuro experience is mandatory; Stroke Intervention, Intracranial Embolization, Kyphoplasty, Carotid & Vertebral Stent, Nephrostomy, Biliary Placement, Chemo Embolization, Therasphere Mapping & Infusion, Mesenteric Angiogram, UAE, GAE, PAE, Chest Port, Perm Cath Placement; Previous Stroke Certified Hospital experience preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT and BLS required; ARRT CI and ARRT VI preferred 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days, 08:30-17:00, Monday-Friday; 40 hours can be offered; 13-week contracts accepted; call required one day per week on a rotation (Tuesday, Thursday, Monday, Wednesday, Weekend); 1 weekend every 6-7 weeks; no float requirement 8. RTO: 7 days RTO max; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO may result in cancel and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
