- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Hybrid OR experience required; extensive endovascular experience required including FEVAR/PMEG, EVAR, TEVAR, AAA/TAA, Angiograms, Declots, Lysis, Stenting, Embolization, TAVRs; Penumbra, AngioJet, Shockwave, IVUS, Jet Stream, Medrad experience required; must work well under pressure and independently in a high-acuity environment 3. Certifications: ARRT and BLS required; radiation badge required (to be provided by agency) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience is necessary; PACS archiving knowledge required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 days, 6:30AM-5:00PM (shifts scheduled per unit needs with possible late shifts); flexible call schedule roughly 8 per month, varies with rotation; holiday call may be required 8. RTO: All RTO must be provided at time of submission; approvals based on department needs; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: First-timers not preferred 10.
