- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Surgery/C-Arm procedures required 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, State License required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission required 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call required as needed; rotating weekend coverage 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off requests; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10.
